I found the room spacious and CLEAN!!! The hotel's location suited my needs perfectly during my time here. I also appreciated the provided toiletries and the tea and coffee amenities. The room service after my first night was lovely.

The bathroom did show some wear and tear, especially the door frame. There was also some water leaking above the shower. I hope they address these issues to maintain the overall standard.

mouldy bathroomcigarette smell

i was disappointed with my stay. the smoking rooms meant the whole reception area smelled strongly of cigarettes. it was quite off-putting. our bathroom also had mould that had been painted over. the floor in our initial room was uneven, especially as i had my baby with me. we did move rooms, but the initial experience wasn't great.

the hotel called a cab for me that charged a high fee for a short journey. i should have used a ride-sharing service to avoid this issue.
